    Hi Stefan,

    To assist you further with this issue, I would like to know some information about the same.

    1. When do you receive this error code or error message?
    2. What is the exact error code or error message?
    3. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

    Also provide us the Event Viewer logs so that we can check for the exact error and cause of the issue. Follow the steps to check the Event Viewer logs.

    a. Press Windows + X keys and click on Event Viewer.

    b. Now check for the Event logs.
