Cannot connect to a network printer, error 0x0000000e

I have 10 NEW computers, 6 dell and 4 Lenovo, all running Windows 7 Pro SP1. NONE of them can connect to the network printers that are set up and working great for everyone in the building. I have all drivers loaded on the print server (also Windows 7 Pro SP1) and the network printers have all the correct permissions and sharing settings.  The MS Fix It will not fix anything as there is NO PRINTER INSTALLED! When I try to connect to the printer is takes 20min to tell me that "Windows cannot connect to the printer" with the error "0x0000000e". I have tried going to the IP address and the printer settings are there and accessible, but this does not connect the printer. My Print Spooler is running....  I have taken ownership of the C:\Windows\system32\spool folders and all folders/files inside. I also copied the mscms.dll file to the C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3 directory.  These computers are NEW! THe printers are a mix of HP, Epson, and Kyocera printers, The issue is with the 10 new computers not my network or the printers. I have 140 computers (55 of them Windows 7 Pro SP1) that do not have this issue. I have the drivers fro my printers...But these are NETWORK printers... If i install the drivers for these printers the new client tries to become the print server and then causes EVERYONE ELSE to loose the ability to connect to that printer.

Why is there no solution to this issue? I have tried EVERY solution you have on this issue and NONE of them work.  Windows 7 Pro seems to be incomplete/defective. If there is not a solution to this issue then I need to know where at Microsoft to send the invoice for my time to fix YOUR issue. This issue is costing me time and money! My company should not be paying to fix your issues with your software!

**Dell and Lenovo tech support have both told me that this is a MICROSOFT issue, and advised me to contact Microsoft. When I did, the first tech told me he had no idea how to fix it and gave me a higher lever tech support number. The second Microsoft Tech wanted me to PAY $400 to even talk to me about this issue...
