Missing appvisvstream32.dll

I opened my computer this morning and a bunch of updates came up.  I let them load.  Now I can't open my documents.

How do I get this re-installed?  What are the steps?

    Do you have Microsoft office installed? Based on the results from Google, I believe that  appvisvstream32.dll  is a component of Microsoft Office.

    Ty the steps in this link to see if it fixes the issue.
