GPscript.exe and wscript.exe process is taking too long to shutdown

Question

Dear Sir,

I got an problem with my laptop, the windows is taking forever to shut down. Hence i trace the process that holds and stall my laptop from shutting down and it was the services of gpscript.exe and wscript.exe that tooks about 600 seconds each to shutdown. As shown on below image

Kindly please advise me on how i can resolve this issue.
