Hello all,

We just installed and configured exchange 2019 CU8 on windows server 2019 and built DAG between 2 servers on a single domain controller 2019. Currently we have 2 issues: we i try to change the password inside OWA, then im getting password is not meeting password complexity "despite" i did disable password complex policy through GP". the second issue when i create a new mailbox sometimes i cant open that mailbox and i get username or password is incorrect, and if i create another mailbox then it works fine.

i tried to import mailbox through a batch file but the importing process is in progress since more than 2 days. .

How to check if there are any misconfigurations and solve these issues.

Thank You

    Hello,

For OWA password issue, please try setting the "Minimum password age" to 0 days and check.

For newly created mailbox login issue, try resetting the password and login to OWA

For the last one, please provide more details,
1.Did you try creating bulk mailboxes using powershell?
2.What is the status of the EMS
3.Can you please share the command by removing the personal information.

If the above suggestion helps, please click on "Accept Answer" and upvote it.
