When Fixit is giving a Error .... Then mostly, they Refer to Run 'THE' Microsoft troubleshooter named : Diags_Mats_Network_global.DiagCab....,.... With the result ....  after Running : No Errors could be found ....

I got several times this problem ....  So Yes Digging into the Support site of Microsoft and Try to find  a Fixit tools ! however,.... Not all people are Technical engeneers and want a Quick solution.

OS Windows 7... OEM versions installed on a LAPTOP,... Should be able to do a REPAIR with the OEM /OS CD/DVD .. But this is NOT possible. Even Asking a Repair to the Maker of the Laptop gives NO result .

I am Microsoft Using from When it was Born,.... Never got Problems like Those days.

Before there was a TEL service ,1 phone, 1 technician, repaired. Finished.

There are now a Lot of KB's articles,...Yes but WE Clients are Not Technicians ! For me ...the Old time was far better,.... Fixed in No time, by a real Microsoft Technician.

    Warm regards,  W.M.

    Hello Nikonijaradze,

Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Community Forum.

    1. What is the concrete issue for which you are running the Fixit? Also, which Microsoft Knowledge Base Article suggested you should run the Fixit Tool?
    2. Which fixit or automated troubleshooter are you trying to run?

There are Fixit tools available on Microsoft support website, for a number of issues. So, I would suggest you to post back with the description of the main problem that you have on your system. Also, provide information on any Knowledge Base (KB) article that suggested you to run such fixit.

We'll be glad to assist you on your issue.

    Thank you.
