Does anyone else have the same issue?
To determine if it is the account side issue, try to log in Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) and observe the result. If no problem, clear your client cache and have a try.
Also, check the following configurations:
- Please sign in Teams Admin Center and go to Users tab. Click to edit the affected account and make sure the Coexistence mode is setup as Use Org-wide settings.
- Please sign in Azure AD admin center and go to Enterprise Applications -> All applications -> choose Microsoft Teams -> Properties, make sure Enabled for users to sign-in is setup as Yes.
If all users experience this issue, check if there is any related error message in Microsoft Teams health status in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health.
