Microsoft Teams quit working for me last night, not sure what happened.
When I try to log in, I would receive error message:
Request Id: 96dda328-3b25-4d84-a151-1e5cadebed00 Correlation Id: 3fcfb926-0324-42bb-8fa0-664abfde5009 Timestamp: 2021-02-05T15:39:26Z Message: AADSTS7000112: Application '1fec8e78-bce4-4aaf-ab1b-5451cc387264'(Microsoft Teams) is disabled.
I then logged into Azure Portal, and looked at Teams under AAD/Enterprise applications, and noticed the application Id does not match, in portal it shows cc15fd57-2c6c-4117-a88c-83b1d56b4bbe

After logging into Azure Portal, it looks as though my AAD info was still there, but Teams was not configured and my subscription was gone. I set up teams and the subscription again, then noticed the tenant was also gone, so set that up as well. I just turned on the access management for the tenant, and turned on security defaults, now when I try to log into Teams I received a verification text message, then this error message from Teams:

Correlation Id: 649d103f-c00a-456b-a243-a03dbdac84de

    @David Violett ,

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    To determine if it is the account side issue, try to log in Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) and observe the result. If no problem, clear your client cache and have a try.

    Also, check the following configurations:

    1. Please sign in Teams Admin Center and go to Users tab. Click to edit the affected account and make sure the Coexistence mode is setup as Use Org-wide settings.
    2. Please sign in Azure AD admin center and go to Enterprise Applications -> All applications -> choose Microsoft Teams -> Properties, make sure Enabled for users to sign-in is setup as Yes.

    If all users experience this issue, check if there is any related error message in Microsoft Teams health status in Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health.

    If the response is helpful, please click "Accept Answer" and upvote it.
