No Boot

I have tried to start my pc and the computer will not get past the information screen

Intel(r) grantsdale-G PCI Accelerated SVGA BIOS

the computer will not boot into safe mode and will not go any further what can i do to fix this I got tons of personal pictures and data stored and dont want to lose any of it

    1. What is the make and model of your computer?
    2. Have you made any changes to your computer?

    Please disconnect all external devices and check if the computer boots to the desktop
