    Hi RoyzGarcia,

Are you aware of making any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

This issue normally occurs when the drive has not proper permission to access the files and folders.

**Method 1:**Disable UAC (User Account Control) and check the result.

See: How do I change the behavior of User Account Control by using the slider?

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/How-do-I-change-the-behavior-of-User-Account-Control-by-using-the-slider

Note: You must restart your computer when you enable or disable UAC. Changing levels of notification does not require that you restart your computer.

    Method 2:

Perform System Restore to an earlier point before installing this application.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/What-is-System-Restore

System Restore can return your system files to a point in time before you noticed a problem, without affecting documents, photos, or other personal files. If System Restore doesn't fix the problem, you can undo the restore operation and choose another restore point.

    System Restore: frequently asked questions

**Method 3:**If the issue still persists, you may have to take the ownership and change the permission of the drive to get the access.

Follow the article provided for more information. Refer the section 'Issue1'.
