Alternate Credentials Required Message

When trying to remote control to two PCs in my domain, I get the message below. I do not get this message on any of the other machines in my domain... I am able to remote control without issue. This box does not accept my domain admin credentials or local admin credentials. Is there some sort of setting that needs to be changed on the local PC or am I stuck with re-imaging? Thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi @Matt Georgetti ,

    On the both client, make sure that your ConfigMgr console credential (account) is part of the built-in local administrator group.

    @Matt Georgetti
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    By default, the remote control access is granted to those who part of "Administrators" group on the target computer.
    You may try running the remote control as Administrator (start the SCCM console as Administrator).
    And someone resolved this by restarting the client computer.

    @AllenLiu-MSFT @Youssef Saad The Domain Administrators group (which I am a part of) is already shown in the Administrators group on the local PCs. There are no users listed in the ConfigMgr Remote Control Users and Remote Management Users groups. But this is true for the PCs that are allowing me to remote control them.
