So you said OK to the permission prompt and it didn't launch?

    Good morning

Yes it was also running on Windows 7 . The computer was about 6 months old . The hard drive went faulty and a new hard drive was installed .

I tried running it as a administrator, but if you  click on the program to open it , it gives you the following message  " DO YOU WANT THE PROGRAM TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR COMPUTER " ,but it doesn`t open the program .

    Regards

    Natasha

Was your old computer also running Windows 7?  If not, are you sure the program is compatible?

Try launching it by left clicking and selecting Run as administrator.

If this is your work computer, you might have to contact your office IT help desk.
