Sounds like a licensing compliance issue. I'd check that it is the root domain controller and holds all roles. Also check the configured user count.

Hi MS,
I have a Windows Server 2019 Essentials server that shuts down on its own every 7 days on time. If I call him on a Monday at 8:00 am, next Monday at 7:59 am he will hang up on his own again.
I don't see any error information in the logs, of course the OS is original and the machine is new.
It is a Ryzen 7 / 64GB of RAM / Mother Board Aorus Pro B450 / 1 SSD M2 for the OS / 1 SSD Samsumg of 1Tb for 1 application / 1 HD of 1Tb for Shadow Copy. Few users access the machine, only 11, but even without anyone accessing it, it simply. turns off.
Can you help me?
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Please check the event log to figure out what cause the shutdown.
If it is related to Licensing Compliance Service, this should be license limitation. Windows Server Essential can only be deployed as Primary DC and holds all FSMO roles. If it does not met, licensing compliance component will force system shutdown.

Hello,
I appreciate the answers but the solution found was another in a group of IT and Networks that I participate.
My server had more than 25 registered users, although not active, I just reduced it to less than 25 and it didn't shut down this week.
Thanks for listening.
