Dear Team,
I have bought original OS Windows-8 & i have got updates for Windows 8.1 so updated,from that day on words i am facing problem with following error massage.
I have did Save mode also,i have original CD of windows 8 But in my laptop 8.1 which i have updated through internet.
Please guide me in this regard it will helpful to me lot.

I found solution on this link. Only you must change "SysMenu.dll" to "SysPla~2.dll" and clear all entries with that string.

The error message could possibly be related to a program that is set to run at the startup. Either a dll file related to that program is corrupt or missing as Windows is unable to locate the file.
Did you uninstall or install any program or application prior to this issue?
Let’s check if the same issue occurs in safe mode. Follow the steps:
Step 1:

If the issue does not occur, proceed to the next step.
Step 2:
Refer to the link to place the computer in clean boot state:
