    Hello,

Thank you for keeping us updated about the issue.

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

    1. Are you receiving any Blue Screens error messages, if yes what is the complete error code/message that you receive?
    2. Have you made any changes made to your computer recently?

Try the below methods and see if it works for you.

    Method 1

Step 1: Disconnect all the external devices connected to your computer except mouse and keyboard and check if it helps.

Step 2: Check the issue in Disable automatic restart on system failure and check if you are getting any error message.

Refer to the link below on instructions to get In Disable automatic restart on system failure:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

    Method 2

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you.

Resolving stop (blue screen) errors in Windows 7

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-windows-7

    Important:

While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost.

    Note:

I highly recommend backing up all of your important files and folders onto an external storage device before attempting any type of OS repair or upgrade.

    System Restore disclaimer:

When you use System Restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you installed are removed.

Note: Ignore the step Reinstall Windows 7 from the above link.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if you need further assistance with Windows, we’ll be glad to assist you.

    Thank you.
