I have been having this following problem over the past 2 weeks but the computer apparently cannot solve it on its own. Whenever I tried to download the solution it says:

Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later.

But the internet is working perfectly fine. Can anyone help? thank you so much!!!!

    1. Which ‘solution’ are you referring to?
    2. What is the make and model of your PC?
    3. Does the error message occurs when using a particular application?
