how do I uninstall and hide "kb2879017"

To uninstall the update ............

Windows Key + X

System

Windows Update (bottom left corner)

Installed Updates (bottom left corner)

right-click on KB2879017 and select "Uninstall"

Then...back up one screen.  The update will come back, so go to "Change Settings" and change the dropdown box to "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them"   When KB2879017 returns, select it, right-click it, and click "hide"  You can then change your setting back to "Automatic"
