I reinstalled Windows and formated my HDD. Now I have no problems anymore. Thanks for your help ! :-)
Windows Update error code 9C57 and Issues with Internet Explorer 9.
Hey,
I have the problem that some (most) windows updates are not working.
They fail with the Error-Codes: Code 9C57 and Code 800736B3
But the other problem is that i can't surf the web using Internet Explorer. It is only IE 9 because the Updates are not working. If I type e.g. "www.google.de" in the URL-bar, it can't display the site. If I enter the IP, it is working. IE is not using a proxy.
Thanks in advance.

Also, manually try installing the updates from Microsoft Download Center in clean boot state.
a. Visit the Microsoft download website, type the "KB" number of the update in the search box, and then press enter.

2.Changes to the System:

3.My Windows is in German, I'll post the error message and translate it:
Die Webseite kann nicht angezeigt werden.
Das Problem kann aus verschiedenen Gründen aufgetreten sein:
Die Internetkonnektivität ist verloren gegangen.
Die Website ist temporär nicht verfügbar.
Der Domänennamenserver (DNS) ist nicht erreichbar.
Der Domänennamenserver (DNS) verfügt über keinen Eintrag für die Domäne der Website.
Die Adresse enthält eventuell einen Tippfehler.
The website can't be displayed.
This problem could occur because of various reasons:
You lost the connection to the internet
The Website is temporarily unavailable
The Domainnameserver is unreachable
The Domainnameserver has no entry for this URL
The URL may contain typing mistakes
Now I will try the fixes you wrote.
The perequisite update 2731771 fails.
The Windows Troubleshooter fixed some things but not the Update issue.
After restarting in Clean Bootmode, only the update KB890830 got installed.
sfc /scannow didn't find anything.
I will try out the registry thing now.
