Multiple users under one Microsoft account?

Hi,

I'd like to use different user accounts under the same Microsoft account.  We have Microsoft Office, and I don't want to have to pay for it again.  We have three computers, and each of them currently use the same account.  I'm wondering of I could make it so that, while still using the same Microsoft account, each computer has a different user, so that someone could change the settings on their computer without affecting someone else's.

Thanks for your help.
