Cant uninstall a program

Question

Hello , people , iam new to this site and didnt know where to ask you for help , so i will ask here ...

So i have a problem that i need to solve real bad , iam playing one Chinese game called Blade and Soul and its somehow not starting , so i browsed the game's forums and found an answer for my problem that i have to uninstall the game  , so i tried to do that and i get an error , but i get it only on this program when iam trying to uninstall it , ONLY . The error says : NSIS error : error launching installer . Iam scanning my pc at the moment and the scan is about to end but i found no viruses , plus i tried one thing to start the uninstaller : open CMD , drag the uninstaller and write /NCRC , but still the same error . So could anyone please help me?

Try advance uninstaller like http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

and/orFix problems with programs that can't be installed or uninstalled

I allready used the revo uninstaller , just forgot to write that , red the sourceforge link , but didnt find anything helpful and the Microsoft FixIt program didnt help either the program that i  want to uninstall is not listed and i dont know the product key

Is this thing located under C:\Program Files  ? Product key is for what ?

Why don't you use a software called "Revo Uninstaller"? It helps in uninstalling files.

I'm no computer expert but sometimes, when I have problems uninstalling a program, I use this software. Hopefully, it helps.
