After I restart my laptop I can’t edit all Microsoft Office 365 files and they require me to log in and when I try to log in I failed and I clicked reset password and now it shows “ Your account is currently blocked from signing in. As a result, you may not reset your password at this time. Please contact an admin in your organization and ask him or her to unblock your account.” I really need to work on a report this weekend. Please help urgently!
