Search box query with multiple content sources

Question

I am using SharePoint 2019. Consider that we have created multiple content sources and full crawl is completed for all of them. Now I am using search box to search the content. I know it will return matching contents in search result web part. I have not at all modified default setting of search result web part or I have not specified any content source in query text. So I want to know whether it will return matching content from only "Local SharePoint sites" or it will return matching content from all content sources?
