Asp.net core 3.1 ajax response Forbidden 403

My Asp.net core 3.1 Application working fine in Gen3 VPS Windows server 2012 r2 IIS V8.5. I have purchase Gen4 VPS Windows server 2016 IIS V10 and same application moved in this server. whenever I call ajax, response are always "forbidden 403".

1.SSL Certificate Working
2.Permission Done
3.Directory Browsing Enable Etc.. Etc..

But still not working. Please kind suggest any other way or anything Missing

    Are you trying to read a .xml, or .txt file? Or calling a .asmx web service? Check the handler mappings and see if it's enabled and if there are any request restrictions.

    Check the IIS logs to see if there is any additional info about the request.

    Enable failed requested tracing to get detailed error info.
