USB Device driver not installed

I have the same issue as you did.

I have,  windows 7 (64-bit) ,Sharkoon squad laser mouse and it says  

"The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Access is denied.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."when i click on it in device manager

But when i click Update Driver it just says Access denied.

There are no drivers on the manufacturers site 

A reply would be much appreciated.

    I am having the same problem with all my USB devices.

    Hardware Id is as follows

    USB\VID_0930&PID_6544&REV_0100

    USB\VID_0930&PID_6544

    Hi

    Are you using Toshiba machine?

    PID you have provide not matching to any device

    What usb device you are using?

    So many categories of the vendor Toshiba

    Kindly go HERE and download accordingly

    Hi

    Restart the machine

    Are you logged in to Administrator account?

    Plugged in mouse and wait for Auto installation

    Go to device manager and check in other if you are able to see any yellow mark on any driver

    Right click properties>details?>>hardware id paste the VID and PID here
