windows photo viewer printing problem

Question

i've been using windows photo viewer to print on actual photo paper with my printer.

every since the last windows update the photo viewer wouldn't let me to choose this type of paper when i'm asked on which paper size am i printing on, anymore.

before the update the list of paper sizes had 20+ sizes and now only 4-5 and no options or settings button in sight to change it.

is there any way to fix it?

Hi Niro,

I tried to print using a picture on my computer with Windows Phot Viewer and I was able to get more options to select paper size. I would suggest you to refer the picture given below and click on More option ( pointed by red arrrow) which is at the last of the same drop down menu.

Write to us if you still do not get that option.

first of all problem solved.

actually i did have the option button but it also had maybe 2-3 more options.

after some looking around i noticed that my printer was somehow defined on fax configuration as default and not on printing which created the small number of options.

Hi i am trying to print to 15 x 10 but there are no paper options at all. if i open the printer app there are options there but when i go back to windows or paint there are no paper options to choose from. I did recently re install the printer after an update.
