Hey all,

I mistakenly locked myself out of my SQL Server. I'm new to using this software and as I was playing about exploring SSMS I accidentally locked myself out of the database, and now I'm at a point where I can do absolutely nothing.

Login failed for user 'Steve\Steve90'. Reason: The account is disabled. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18470)

I'm using Windows Authentication to sign in, and the server name is my own name, I don't remember setting any of this up so I am totally locked out. I used the sa account once before many years ago but by this point I can't remember that password. I tried this 'solution' where I used the Sql Server Configuration Manager, ran the thing in single user mode or something and tried to reset but no success.

Does anyone have any help for me? Or am I just going to have to completely reset everything to factory settings

Cheers
