USB game controller not detected

Win7 does not detect my twin stick Remote Control Flight simulator.  It sees it as an ART TECH GAME which is an XBOX type of controller.

When I disable or delete the ART TECH GAME and plug in the R/C controller Win7 still sees it as the ART TECH GAME and it cannot be

configured or the settings adjusted.  I was able to use the R/C controller before I was obliged to reinstall Win 7  ( dont ask !!).

Seems I need the correct driver but cannot find one.  Any help gratefully accepted.

    1. System advises no driver required for Art Tec Game and no driver installed.

    3. Could it possibly be the Video driver ??
