"The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry"

I'm getting this message everytime I try to do any updates, reinstate my printer, put on a new backup appliance etc.  I've looked at the older posts and tried to do the things suggested.  I made sure that I am on as administrator but when I do as suggested:  command - sfc/scannow - i get the SAME message.

Can any one help me please?

Thanks

GiannaTM

try donig that after turning off UAC , (if that didn't succeed make sure that you turn UAC on again)

if your problem is with windows update only then trt running this tool

Thank you!  It worked!  I had to look up what UAC is but I did it and managed to do a back-up and some other things.  What a relief, so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

you issue is similar to this

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-performance/the-resource-loader-cache-doesnt-have-loaded-mui/20216c69-16be-469a-b63b-7616040c7523

Thank but I have tried all the suggestions on there including creating a new user name as administrator.  I have logged on as that and tried the programs again but STILL get the same Resource loader cache message.
