I'm getting this message everytime I try to do any updates, reinstate my printer, put on a new backup appliance etc. I've looked at the older posts and tried to do the things suggested. I made sure that I am on as administrator but when I do as suggested: command - sfc/scannow - i get the SAME message.
Can any one help me please?
Thanks

Thank you! It worked! I had to look up what UAC is but I did it and managed to do a back-up and some other things. What a relief, so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
you issue is similar to this
Thank but I have tried all the suggestions on there including creating a new user name as administrator. I have logged on as that and tried the programs again but STILL get the same Resource loader cache message.
