I would suggest you to try the following steps:
Method 1 Follow the steps given below to resolve the issue.
Step 1
Try running the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Try to run the following fixit and check with the issue:

Method 2:
Reinstall USB controllers.
We may also try to reinstall USB controllers and check. This method can help us in the scenario where the currently loaded USB driver has become unstable or corrupted.
Follow the steps below to Rebuild USB Controllers.
- Click Start, then type device manager in the Search box, and then click Device Manager.
- Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers. Right click a device and click Uninstall. Repeat for each device. Once complete, restart your computer. Your USB controllers will automatically install.
- Check with the issue.
