ESAE Admin forest

Hi, although ESAE has recently been retired as concept we are still good candidate of implementing it in our complex environment so I have question regarding ESAE design. Currently we have several forests completely isolated from one another - with that managing RDS, MECM, WAC and other infrastructure components in each of them independently is becoming very tedious job so we want to create new dedicated forest where we would place RDS, MECM, System Center products, WAC ... to manage all forests from single "administration forest". It means that we would have new Red forest, new Administration forest and existing production forests as final design.

I need some guidance how "administration forest" fits in ESAE design - its relation/trust with Red/Production forests, Tiered accounts and all other details that would make our life easier. Thank you very much in advance.
