It is obsolete for Windows 10, but as you pointed out still working on Windows 7..
So until there is people running XP, why take it down?

I used to used PageDefrag on Windows 7 and did not have problems. Since migrating to Windows 10, I attempted to install and use it. Launching from Systeminternals.live, the PageDefrag.exe downloads and attempts to launch but fails with the following message "Error extracting PageDefrag driver into drivers directory". I have also tried unzipping the contents of the PageDefrag.zip package into a directory to launch at the Administrator Command line. The error received on that attempt is "Make sure that you are an administrator. Error loading PageDefrag driver." The problem seems to be centered around changes between past versions of Windows Driver directory structure and current Windows 10. Working with PageDefrag 2.32 from the Sysinternals.com website. Can someone please investigate and repair or if this utility is obsolete, please take it down? @Mark Russinovich
