Hi @Thania Alvarado ,
Are you using Outlook desktop client or webmail service?
If you are using Outlook desktop client, it is easy to access your both email accounts in one Outlook profile, just try the "Add Account" option like below and you could add multiple email accounts in one Outlook profile at the same time.
If you are using Hotmail webmail service and would like to link your Hotmail account to Gmail account, I tried some search about your issue, please check if those information in these articles could help solve your issue:
How to Access Gmail in Outlook.com
How to Send and Receive Hotmail from Your Gmail Account
(Note: Since these web sites are not hosted by Microsoft, the links may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)
By the way, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client and know little about other products. If you would like to know more information about Hotmail account and Gmail, it is suggested for you to post a new thread to the dedicated forum for Outlook.com or contact Gmail support.
The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thanks for your understanding and hope your question will be resolved soon.
Hope these can be helpful.
