Hey I just downloaded Prosnap on my windows 8.1 laptop and I am trying to figure out how to/ if it is possible to create a snapchat account with this app! I seen both answers online so I don't know what to think! any help with this would be very much appreciated!!!

also If I can't create one with this app then can I have one of my friends set one up for me on their phone? can they have two accounts on one device? if so how? I just don't know about this stuff! either way thanks for the help!!!
