I'm sorry to know that the issue persists on your end. For troubleshooting purposes, please uninstall your Windows Essentials using a CMD (command) line parameter. Note that this is different from the regular process of uninstalling a program as this process deletes all sub folders on your system resetting every set up you made to default. Afterwards, reinstall Essentials using an offline installer by following the steps that was provided by MVP

In case there were no changes after following these steps, we would need you to try a different user on your computer that has administrator privileges. Uninstall/re-install the program using the new user account. This will help us isolate the issue further.
