Bluetooth Virtual Driver

Hi, please help me  to solve this problem at the below,

Bluetooth LWFLT device and Virtual Bluetooth support(include audio)*This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)Object Path Component was not a directory object.*

Hi,

Is the Bluetooth device not recognized?

This issue could be caused due a driver issue. If the current Bluetooth driver is corrupt or missing, Windows can’t load the driver for the Bluetooth device and will display this error message. In this case, I would suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer’s website to download and install the latest Bluetooth driver and check. Refer to this article for more information:

    I am am having the same issue.  I tried downloading the driver update from dell.  When I run the driver update, it tells me it is not compatible with my system.  Run the compatability troubleshooter tells me to run in windows xp.  Then it freezes.  This is a brand new computer!! Help!

    Thank you for the quick reply, the bluetooth can be recognized.

    i will try first to install the latest bluetooth and see what happen next.
