Can't transfer microsoft office subscription to MacOs BigSur

I have a problem when transferring the subscription of my microsoft office from a windows laptop to my new macbook. I have disabled the my windows laptop access to office and logged in with the same account in my macbook's ms word. I also have tried to do the tricks that suggested on the internet (log out first -> delete some files in the library -> log back in), but unfortunately the problem is still there.

How to fix this?
