Getting error while creating rule in Debug Diagnostic

Question

when i try to create rule by selecting process, i am getting following error:

"Process XYZ.exe is is the same logon session as DebugDiag(session ), but it is not in the same logon session as the DbgSvc service (session ). Do you want to return to "Offline Mode" and continue ?"

can anybody please help me to resolve this problem..??
