Microsoft - please help the hundreds of users who are requesting help for this issue, which seems to have been around for years.  I can raise the error by switching users.  In my case, neither user has a password, one is admin, one is not.  I disabled all Startup programs and non-Microsoft services and the problem remains.

    Hi Sommoner,

There could be various reasons for getting the error messages. So I could not understand when exactly you are getting the error messages. In-order to understand the issue better, Please answer the following questions.

    1. When exactly do you get the error message?
    2. Are you getting this error message when you install any program or while starting the computer?
    3. Are you able to boot to the desktop?
    4. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

The information you have provided is not enough to answer your question. Please provide us more information on the issue by answering the above questions.
