RoxWatchTray13.exe-System Error

Question

every-time shows this error message it says msvcr71.dll is missing from computer try to reinstalling the program to fix. please help to fix this

But you may need to remove it through start up

(1)  if there is anything related to the .dll u you have described here , at system tray start up disable it ..

or

try to use "Autoruns for Windows"  and check whether there is a startup entry related to the .dll u you have described and if so remove it..

If you look it, it should be under this  in Yellow colour

In case if you cant find it using aforementioned methods, this could be under 

taskschedule**===>**task scheduler library . If found delete the entry related to msvcr71.dll from task scheduler library
