Microsoft Store Tax Form: stuck on "Account selection"

64973-no-accounts.jpegI am trying to fill out the U.S. tax form to monetize an app on the Microsoft Store.

When I get to the "Tax form" section, and the "Account Selection" page, there are no accounts for me to select. So, I get the error, "Please select an Account"?

Any suggestions on how to proceed? I have setup a PayPal and a bank account.

    I figured this out. This web form does not work on Microsoft Edge. It works fine on Firefox. :)
