Wireless keyboard/mouse are not allowed on my network but users are still able to plug in the wireless receivers for these device.  Is there a setting in the registry that I can change that will prevent the computer from installing the drivers for these wireless devices?

The computer is on a domain and the computer make and model is irrelevant.  I have quite a few models on the network.  I have been disabling these devices by going directly to the computer but i was hoping for an easier solution since I have a large network to manager.

The only way your going to be able to do this is by disabling USB devices from being connected to the machines, you can either switch these off via device manager or roll out a Group Policy which will do this for you.

Disabling specific devices is trivial as the end-user could simply get another device that may have a slightly different identifier and work absolutely fine.

Normally for a keyboard and mouse, the device would use it's own radio device, like RF or Bluetooth, not wireless.
