Hi,

Thank you for your reply .

I would suggest you to check if the current system configuration meets the minimum requirement of the game.

If the current system configuration meets the game specification, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game elevated mode.

In order to install the game in elevated mode, follow the steps provided below:

  1. Right click on game setup file
  2. Click on Run as Administrator and install the game and check.

Also, as the issue is specific to Watchdogs game, I would suggest you to post your query in Watchdogs Forums as well.

Please revert with the required information.

    Thanks for your answer.

I tried uninstalling and installing the NVidia graphics driver (latest version) and even tried the game before installing the driver but no success with the same error.

I only have this issue with this game.

    It's an Asus K55V laptop.

    No.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Community.

    1. Is the issue specific to a particular game?
    2. What is the make and model of the computer?
    3. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

The crash is caused by components of the NVIDIA graphics driver in particular the ntdll.dll

Try uninstalling the presently installed NVIDIA graphics driver and then install the latest version available.

You could try the following reference driver from NVIDIA which is for Windows 8.1:

Hope this helps. Please revert with the results.
