Program remnants left on desktop

Quicken Premier 2013 leaves remnants on the windows desktop, usually of whatever I was working with last.  If it was the budget, for example, I'll have a box with the word "budget" on the desktop after I close Quicken.  Or "Lifetime Planner" or whatever.  It always floats to the top of anything else I open, obscuring part of the page.

I've posted this on Quicken' just thought somebody else might have had a similar problem and found a remedy.  Anhybody?

I have the same problem, but it isn't just Quicken.  I was deleting some photo, using Win7 right click menu,, and low and behold when I closed the "my pictures" folder, a box with the word delete was left on the desktop.  The problem must lie with Windows.

Actually the problem probably is Quicken or something else has caused some sort of corruption.

Did you work with Quicken to resolve that issue which needs to done first.

An intermittent issue can be very difficult to track down.

    Hi,

Since you are running the 2013 version you do have direct support from Quicken

so it would be best to work with them on this issue. Of course their forums might

be able to help. Of course they have released Quicken Premier 2014.
