Yes this is a little strange but here goes When i first start my laptop a message usually comes on in a balloon the says additional information may be required for logon process (contact internet provider) THIS IS FROM THE WIRELESS ICON bottom right   there is a yellow exclamation there on the icon when checking this with mouse pointer it says no internet access from my wireless network,  However there is a connection and i can use the internet no problem. When checking network and sharing it shows red connection with red X AND SAYS no internet connection. If I go to trouble shooting and run a troubleshoot it says complete the logon process contact internet provider to complete logon process. Also it will take me to microsoft support page as part of a solution( i suppose.)  First thing im already sign in, second i have internet access however for awhile i could just reconnect wireless or unplug and plugin again to get rid of this false error about logon. Now although the message doesnt come out, the yellow ex. mark on wireless icon is a constant After reconecting modem the router or resetting etc. that yellow ex mark finally goes off.   I COULD JUST IGNORE this but when something was wrong how would i know when i have a false error on there now.. the computer works fine and internet access is not a problem. I cant figure out how to stop this.   Tried different things and it may work but this issue comes back again and again for no apparent reason.  Thanks for any help
