Hya upgraded windows 8 pro with media centre to 8.1pro with media centre and RT8.1 so far i have been generaly happy with the system which is stable and fast but i cannot null this minport error out on Hyper V, im reading that this is a sensitive driver prone to act up after upgrade etc;but no one has come up with a possible solution to this, does this driver depend on wether or not u are actualy using a Virtual machine or not,so far i have checked the set up and apart from not setting up the IP adress everything thig else seems enabled, can someone enlighten me thanks.

    Hi Martin,

Error code 39 says 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because the driver may be corrupted or missing.

To get a better understanding of Hyper-V networking and what this means, take a look at this article.
