Last error: 451 Message was blocked by Antivirus Exchange server 2016

Hi, everybody,

I have an issue with my server Exchanger 2016, I received a spam email, but isn't blocked by my server, when I forward this mail to external, is still in Queue with error: message blocked by antivirus.

so why this mail isn't blocked when I received it if is spam and what's exactly this error message blocked by antivirus.

    Are you using any third-party anti-virus tool?
    As I know, Exchange does not have anti-virus things installed, only Antispam agents and Antimalware protection.
    Can you trace the message in Message tracking log and check the details?
