Remove External User from Active Directory

I am an external user to a directory and want to remove myself. Microsoft has a online doc, but the menu has changed.

    @Michael King Here is the updated one : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/user-help/my-account-portal-organizations-page#leave-an-organization

    1) Sign in to https://myaccount.microsoft.com
    2) Select Organizations from left menu
    3) Leave any any organization which you do not need to be a part of.

    Sorry I should have specified that this is for a @Karima ben .com account and not a school/work account. How would I go about removing a personal account?
