Not received my certification for passed 70-480

Hi. I have gotten a badge for passing the exam, but no email or certification that I passed.
When I click "certifications" from my dashboard, it opens a blank/white website without any info or menus.
This certification was removed the 31st, is this the reason it has not gotten through as it should?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard

    and if not found you can request help with profile linking / merge in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
