Hi team,
I have a quick question. Can I learn the components SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SSDT etc of SSMS without actually downloading it?
If yes, would you mind guiding me.

Looking forward to your valued reply.

Thanks

Salil Ray

    hey @SALIL RAY ,
wiseowl tutorials are pretty great place to start with BI tools:

but it is ideally preferred to have hands on experience while training for this skills to have a better grasp than just watching the videos.

    Hi,

If you have strong Database and BI development background , i.e. you have mastered Oracle or Power BI ect. , you could learn above with out actually download and practice.

If not, I am pessimistic on this topic, this BI suites consist a lot of concept and programmatic skills that need to be practiced and then understood.

The videos are great, but in my opinion, not enough . Since there are free developer edition of these tools, why not given them a try. You would have much better learning experience and result that just watch tutorial videos.

    Reagrds,
