Unable to instaall SQL Server expres 2019

Hi

I have tried several times to install the SQL Server Express 2019 [Developer]. I am getting stuck with the penultimate option "Installation Progress". My device is stuck in downloading a particulr file [ typically the file name is like Msapi..64cpu]. Is there any solution to this issue?

    Hi @SALIL RAY ,

    Did you run the setup file as administrator? Did you install python or R-support feature? Suggest you only installed SQL server database engine. If you want to use other features, you can add the features later.
