Completed 70-743 and 70-744 Exam but did not receive my certificate , please help

Hi Team,

I give Exams for 70-743 and 70-744 on 30-01-2021 and passed both the exams.
But still not received my certificate for the same. kindly help me in this issue.
You can send those certificates on Parasher7@Karima ben .com registered with Microsoft accounts. I need certificates as soon as possible.
Kindly help.
